How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your order, the first step is to contact me and let me know what the issue is - I stand behind all of my creations 100%!  I want everyone happy with their purchase and will strive to make it right if it is within my power.

Here are some guidelines for most returns:

1.) Any non-customized merchandise may be returned in its original condition and packaging, accompanied with its receipt, within 15 days of purchase.

2.) All sales are final for any customized or custom items. I.E. created with your own horse hair, anything engraved.

Please email info@spirithorsedesigns.com to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be processed.

Please use a traceable shipping method to return your merchandise and insure the package. Spirithorse Designs will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipment, so make sure to ship your item in a box, NOT a padded envelope. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, you will be refunded the cost of merchandise or an even exchange can be made. Please note that shipping charges will not be credited.
